FREE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

Free delivery inside mainland UK. We will make the necessary arrangements for a convenient delivery date quoting an approximate time of arrival. All our deliveries are booked in prior 48 hours prior to despatch, on the day of delivery you will be advised of a time slot within a 4 hour period. Our two man team will deliver your goods to a room of choice andfully assemble the goods on site removing and discarding of all packaging upon completion, they will then give you a thorough briefing on how to look after your new bed, and remember this service is completey free.

Express Delivery: 3 – 5 Days

All items with express delivery are stock items and will be delivered within the qouted times and dates. Free delivery inside mainland UK. All our deliveries are booked in prior 48 hours prior to despatch, please note, any items that require express delivery are carried out by alternate freight partners and delivery will be to your front door only.

Standard Delivery: 2 – 4 Week

All items of non-stock will be manufactured and tailored to specific requirements and will be delivered within the qouted times and dates. Free delivery inside mainland UK, all beds are delivered and installed in your home by our professional installers. We will make the necessary arrangements for a convenient delivery date quoting an approximate time of arrival. All our deliveries are booked in prior to despatch. Our two man team will deliver your goods to a room of choice andfully assemble the goods on site removing and discarding of all packaging upon completion, they will then give you a thorough briefing on how to look after your new bed.

Tellybeds Delivery Vehicles:

Customers should assume that the delivery vehicle will be a long, heavy goods vehicle, weighing approximately 16.5 tones with a height of 14′ 3″. Therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that such a vehicle has legal access to their property and inform us about any weight, height and parking restrictions, as well as any difficult access points and unadopted roads/ paths in order to help us deliver your order and ensure that we have made arrangements for the appropriate size of delivery vehicle to be used. Failure to disclose this information May result in an aborted delivery and a delivery charge being levied. In order to prevent damage to our/ contracted vehicles, unadopted roads, paths and tracks will not be taken by delivery vehicles. Alternative routes must be provided by the customer.

Other Delivery Information:

We regret our drivers will not remove existing pieces of furniture to help make room for newly delivered products. Likewise, old pieces of furniture will not be taken away. The customer must take the responsibility to organize the removal and disposal of unwanted furniture.

Our drivers if requested by the customer will assist the customer in taking the order into the premises, to the appropriate room. We will not accept liability for any damage both to the delivered product and to the customers property, (including all types of fixtures, fittings and building structure), whilst assisting the customer with such a request. The customer must solely take responsibility for this action. Any consequent damage should fall under the customer’s household insurance.

It will be expected that the passageway and the necessary room(s) will have been cleared in order to make way for the order and access is ensured.
