Our showroom will re-open on the 12th of April 2021
We are pleased to announce we will be opening our doors on the 12th of April, we are looking forward to the return of some semblance of normality, we kindly ask customers who wish to visit to ensure face masks are worn at all times, our showroom will follow best practice – with hand sanitising available. For online orders and email enquiries, our normal day to day activities remain unchanged, if you wish to pay us a visit or contact us by phone or email, our staff will be more than willing to help. For any existing enquiries please contact customer services.
Staying Safe With Contactless Home Delivery
Any deliveries scheduled during the new lockdown will be made by our delivery team adhering to the strict standards of hygiene and social distancing we’ve put in place. This includes:
Avoiding physical contact by maintaining a distance of two metres from you.
Sanitising our hands after every delivery.
We will wear PPE during every delivery.
Delivering and installing
your TV Bed
We will continue to deliver to your room of choice and install your TV bed, plus remove any packaging
We are working hard to make sure its business-as-usual
We wanted to reassure you that we’ll do everything we can to make sure this doesn’t affect the order you’ve placed with us. We also intend to do everything we can to help keep our customers and team safe and well.
We are still delivering safely, and following the latest government advice, we think it’s important everybody plays a role to help prevent a further outbreak of Covid-19 and we are still following a set protocol to ensure deliveries take place in the safest way possible.
We know that right now many of you are relying on our products to get a good night’s sleep, so we are working tirelessly to ensure that you receive your bed in the fastest and safest way possible.
Any deliveries scheduled will be made by our delivery team adhering to the strict standards of hygiene and social distancing we’ve put in place. This includes:
- Standing back from the front door once we have knocked/rung the bell
- Sanitising our hands after every delivery
- Checking where you want us to place your product; we will continue to deliver to your room of choice if that remains your preference.
- Maintaining a distance of two metres from you in your home.
Sadly, we’ll continue to be unable to deliver to any household where someone has Covid symptoms or is self-isolating following a positive test result. Please do let us know if anybody is affected in this way as early as possible so we can reschedule the delivery to another time.

We’re also pleased to be able to tell you that line with government advice to keep British manufacturing open, our Tellybeds’ factory in Brierley Hill, is also fully operational to fulfil existing and new orders. It goes without saying that we’re also following all the best hygiene and distancing measures there too, so we protect our colleagues as they work on your order.
In short, you can be reassured we’ll be doing our utmost to make sure it’s as close to business-as-usual as possible.
